Eligibility Requirements
- Graduating Suffolk County Community College in the semester you are applying
- Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or greater
- Apply to SoLII Partner School(s)
- Must attend partner school full-time, 12+ credits per semester

The SoLII Scholarship Application Process
Choosing a limited group of SoLII Scholarship recipients out of our many qualified applicants is very difficult task; therefore, the process is long and has many steps. The dates provided below serve as a general outline of our process, and are subject to change.

| September 2, 2026: | Spring 2027 Entry Application Opens |
| September 30, 2026: | Attend Workshop - SoLII@sunysuffolk.edu to register, 12:30, 7:00 pm |
| October 19, 2026: | Spring 2027 Entry Partner School Application Deadline to apply for admission to Partner College/University. |
| October 19, 2026: | Spring 2027 Entry Scholarship Application Deadline. Applications undergo a preliminary review to ensure that all documents have been submitted, and that all eligibility requirements have been met. |
| October 26, 2026: | Applications have been reviewed by the scholarship committees at the campus level. |
| November 13, 2026: | Applications have been reviewed by the scholarship committees at the SoLII Partner Schools. Students will be notified of any scholarship offers. |
| December 1, 2026: | Students must officially accept or decline any scholarship offers. |

| February 17, 2027 | Attend Open Office Q&A - Email SoLII@sunysuffolk.edu for link, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm |
| February 22, 2027: | Fall 2027 Entry Deadline to apply for admission to Partner College/University. |
| February 22, 2027: | Fall 2027 Entry Application Deadline. Applications undergo a preliminary review to ensure that all documents have been submitted, and that all eligibility requirements have been met. |
| March 19, 2027: | Applications have been reviewed by the scholarship committees at the campus level. |
| April 15 to May 1st, 2027: | Applications have been reviewed by the scholarship committees at the SoLII Partner Schools. Students will start getting notified of any scholarship offers. |
| May 1, 2027: | Students must officially accept or decline any scholarship offers. |
