- upon acceptance, complete the disability services request card
- Apply for financial aid – Financial Aid Office
- learn about the various financial aid programs; consult a financial aid counselor as needed
- apply online or by mail
- Document your disability – Disability Services Counselor
- submit documentation of your disability
- request special testing conditions as needed
(e.g., reader, extended time, writer, etc.)
- Schedule your appointment and participate in your student advising session. Refer to New Student Advising.
- Satisfy immunization requirements – Health Services Office
- complete Health History Form

- Finalize preparations for the first semester – Disability Services Counselor
- discuss and finalize your accommodations and services
- Register for classes – Registrar's Office
