Paralegal Studies Online Courses

The approved Suffolk County Community College Paralegal Studies Program includes the offering of online legal specialty courses that are approved by the ABA.
(a)		The offering of online legal specialty courses does not constitute a program or program option.
(b)		The Paralegal Studies Program does not state or imply that the program offers an online program or program option.
(c)		In accordance with G-302.J of the American Bar Association guidelines, students must take at least nine semester credits or the equivalent of legal specialty courses through traditional classroom instruction.
