Hazardous Conditions

PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW

• Spilled liquids and wet floors are one of the major causes of slips, trips and falls. If you spill something, please have it cleaned up immediately. If you discover a spill or wet floor and need assistance, please contact Plant Operations.
• Report all other trip and fall hazards (malfunctioning elevators, holes in the sidewalk, loose carpet, etc.) to Plant Operations immediately.
• If you believe that a situation represents an emergency, please contact Public Safety immediately at (631) 451-4242.
