Completing the Transfer process

After being accepted by Suffolk County Community College, students are required to bring their current Designated School Official (DSO), the following information in order to complete the transfer out process:

  2. Transfer Recommendation Form from Suffolk County Community College

After receiving documentation of the student’s request to transfer to Suffolk County Community College, the student’s current school will determine a SEVIS transfer release date and transfer out the student’s record.
