Florence, Italy Study Culinary Arts in the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance. This program is
offered to students in the Suffolk County Community College Culinary Arts/Hospitality
curriculum ONLY. Included in the program are Culinary, Baking and hospitality classes,
as well as an internship at a Florentine restaurant/bakery/hotel. Excursions to Parma,
Modena, Lucca will be offered.
