Ms. Carol Wickliffe-Campbell is the Chief of Staff to the President. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the President’s Office, overseeing the President’s schedule, supervising the staff of the President’s Office, managing the President’s correspondence, and representing the President when necessary. Additionally, Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell oversees and manages priority initiatives, as well as special projects of the College, Board of Trustees, and of the Office of the President. Also, in this role she works upon strategic policy and planning initiatives with local, state and federal representatives.
As Chief of Staff, Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell prepares reports for the President, researches records and obtains information for other offices and agencies as necessary, and requests assistance from the offices of Cabinet members as needed. She is also responsible for evaluating and determining the most appropriate steps to assure the proper functioning and information flow within the President's Office.
Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell began her career at Farmingdale State College in the Office of Development, where she trained and mentored students on how to make compelling appeals to alumni for support. She went on to secure leadership positions at two of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations. As Vice President of New Business Development at United Way of Long Island, she served as project manager for the organization’s largest annual fundraising campaign with North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, a network of 16 Hospitals and 47,000 employees. Later, at the American Cancer Society, she served as the lead for the CEO's Against Cancer initiative in the critical New York market. In this role she recruited and cultivated an elite group of 25 CEO's, including the corporate leaders of KPMG, AOL, Foot Locker, JetBlue and MasterCard, to provide their leadership and expertise in meeting the goals of the organization.
Prior to her non-profit work, Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell spent more than seven years in management at AT&T in sales and marketing with priority accounts. She was responsible for developing and implementing new and innovative telecommunication solutions and successfully coached sales teams on methods to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Mr. Drew Biondo serves as Director of Communications. He has more than 25 years of experience as a strategic communications executive and administrator in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining the community college staff, Mr. Biondo served as Director of Communications and Press Secretary for 18-term New York State Senator Kenneth P. LaValle, chair of the New York State Senate's Select Committee on Higher Education, where he acted as the Senator's chief spokesperson and also as a policy advisor.
Mr. Biondo served as an Account Director and Counselor with The Torrenzano Group, a leading New York City strategic communications firm that builds and protects corporate reputations, enhances shareholder value and helps clients grow their businesses.
He joined Delta Financial Corporation in January 2002, and served as the company's senior communications executive where he had overall responsibility for public relations, executive and employee communications and advertising and branding for the 1,500 employee public company's retail and wholesale divisions.
Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Biondo served for more than a decade as an assistant and Director of Communications to the Suffolk County, NY District Attorney where he served as the District Attorney's spokesperson and directed communications and media relations.
Previously, Mr. Biondo was an account executive and vice president at Henry Sheinkopf Communications, an internationally recognized consulting firm where he developed communications and media strategies for a diverse group of public and private sector clients.
Mr. Biondo launched his communications career as a strategic communications advisor to the New York Hotel-Motel Trades Council during New York City's first-ever hotel strike in 1985 where he was serving as an editor of the council's weekly newspaper.
Mr. Biondo attended Marist College and is a graduate of LIU Post with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.

Ms. Sandra O’Hara serves as the Assistant to the President and as the Office Manager for the Office of the President. In this capacity, Ms. O’Hara is responsible for the overall management of the support staff and the day-to-day operations for the Office of the President. She is also responsible for assisting with the coordination of Dr. McKay’s schedule and correspondence, including the daily administrative needs of Dr. McKay.
Ms. O’Hara has over 16 years of experience in the daily operational and administrative functions for higher-level executives. Prior to becoming the Assistant to the President, she served as the Executive Assistant to the co-founders of Ivy Asset Management. As an experienced administrative individual, Ms. O’Hara has also served as an Administrative Specialist at Merrill Lynch, and as an Executive Assistant at Gleacher Co., LLC.
Ms. O’Hara earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Adelphi University.
