The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of Suffolk County Community College, scheduled for Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Mildred Green Room of the Babylon Student Center on the Ammerman Campus, Selden, NY, has been changed in accordance with New York Executive Orders 202.1, 202.10, 202.14, 202.18, 202.28, 202.29, 202.32, 202.38, 202.48, 202.55, 202.60, 202.67, 202.72, 202.79, 202.87, 202.91, 202.92, 202.96, and 202.98. The meeting shall be held on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom. Please click here for meeting information.

Leave reporting deadlines for employees to submit;

August and September are different because the rollover of personal to sick and posting of new accruals for Faculty and Guild requires down time - New balances are active as of Sept 1, but not posted until late September, to be available prior to the October reporting deadline.

August reports for 12 month Guild, Faculty (PAs, Specialists) and Exempt Employees - due by  5pm Sept 8;

Confusion occurs for the Guild Academic Chairs, Assistant Chairs, and Teaching Faculty  since 12 month Professional Assistants and Specialists are using "prior academic year accruals" during August.

August and September - due by 5pm Oct 8;
October - due by 5pm Nov 8;
November - due by 5pm Dec 8;
December - due by 5 pm Jan 8;
February - due by 5 pm Mar 8;
March - due by 5pm Apr 8;
April - due by 5pm May 8;
May - due by 5pm Jun 8;
June - due by 5 pm July 8;
July - due by 5 pm Aug 8.
