Study Culinary Arts in the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance. This program is offered to students in the Suffolk County Community College Culinary Arts/Hospitality curriculum ONLY. Included in the program are Culinary and Baking classes, as well as an internship at a Florentine restaurant/bakery. Excursions to Parma, Modena, Lucca will be offered.

Cost
Total program cost is $4,850 per student (does NOT include airfare and tuition).  Please note if your check is returned for any reason, you will be charged an additional $35 fee.

February 1st - $1,700

March 1st - $1,600

April 1st - $1,550

Refund Policy:
Prior to April 1st- 100% refund

April 1st-April 15th - 50% refund

After April 1st - 0% refund

Certain fees are nonrefundable at anytime, these fees include: application fee($250), returned check fee($35), and airfare.

Travel Dates
May 29--June 23, 2017

All students MUST arrive in Rome by no later than 5:00 p.m. on 5/29.  All students MUST check out by no later than 10:00 a.m. on 6/23.
