Ms. Carol Wickliffe-Campbell is the Chief of Staff to the President. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the President’s Office, overseeing the President’s schedule, supervising the staff of the President’s Office, managing the President’s correspondence, and representing the President when necessary. Additionally, Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell oversees and manages priority initiatives, as well as special projects of the College, Board of Trustees, and of the Office of the President. Also, in this role she works upon strategic policy and planning initiatives with local, state and federal representatives.

As Chief of Staff, Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell prepares reports for the President, researches records and obtains information for other offices and agencies as necessary, and requests assistance from the offices of Cabinet members as needed. She is also responsible for evaluating and determining the most appropriate steps to assure the proper functioning and information flow within the President's Office.

Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell began her career at Farmingdale State College in the Office of Development, where she trained and mentored students on how to make compelling appeals to alumni for support. She went on to secure leadership positions at two of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations. As Vice President of New Business Development at United Way of Long Island, she served as project manager for the organization’s largest annual fundraising campaign with North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, a network of 16 Hospitals and 47,000 employees. Later, at the American Cancer Society, she served as the lead for the CEO's Against Cancer initiative in the critical New York market. In this role she recruited and cultivated an elite group of 25 CEO's, including the corporate leaders of KPMG, AOL, Foot Locker, JetBlue and MasterCard, to provide their leadership and expertise in meeting the goals of the organization.

Prior to her non-profit work, Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell spent more than seven years in management at AT&T in sales and marketing with priority accounts. She was responsible for developing and implementing new and innovative telecommunication solutions and successfully coached sales teams on methods to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ms. Wickliffe-Campbell received a Master of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Science from Temple University.

Ms. Sandra O’Hara serves as the Assistant to the President and as the Office Manager for the Office of the President. In this capacity, Ms. O’Hara is responsible for the overall management of the support staff and the day-to-day operations for the Office of the President. She is also responsible for assisting with the coordination of the President's schedule and correspondence, including the daily administrative needs of the President.

Ms. O’Hara has over 16 years of experience in the daily operational and administrative functions for higher-level executives. Prior to becoming the Assistant to the President, she served as the Executive Assistant to the co-founders of Ivy Asset Management. As an experienced administrative individual, Ms. O’Hara has also served as an Administrative Specialist at Merrill Lynch, and as an Executive Assistant at Gleacher   Co., LLC.

Ms. O’Hara earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Adelphi University.
