Dear {{First}},
Experience a Four-Star Virtual Dinner for Two!The Suffolk Community College Foundation is proud to partner with SUNY Suffolk’s Culinary Arts and Management Program to bring you the opportunity to enjoy an exciting virtual cooking demonstration on Thursday, March 11, led by Professor and Chef Andrea Glick and Assistant Professor and Pastry Chef Christina DeLustro.
Mastering her art at New York City’s Le Bernadin, one of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, Chef Glick will guide participants through a Bistro-Style Grilled Wedge Salad with House-made Buttermilk Ranch followed by Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Goat Cheese Potato Puree – all from the comfort and safety of your home kitchen. As the coordinator of SUNY Suffolk’s Baker’s Workshop and a graduate of Johnson and Wales, Chef DeLustro will bring home the third course with a wonderfully sweet and scrumptious Chocolate Cremeux with fresh whipped cream!
Attendees can either simply watch and learn via Zoom, or participate in the preparation and cooking of a three-course meal in the comfort of their own kitchen.
The cost is only $60 for the webinar or $100 for the webinar and home delivery of the ingredients to cook along with the chefs. All proceeds will support student scholarships.
